While the Nomads DO worship some Minoan deities, they also have their own that they are very fond of.
N'wan'iel, P'iini, and the Mew twins are very common deities in the Nameless Lands.

Nomads do not believe in any form of hierarchy when it comes to their Gods. We are very big on the natural order of things, and there is no black and white. It’s all very grey.
